Emory W. White

Founder & CEO

Emory White is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MOXKOR, and visionary behind REACKT ©, the first cognitive application developed as an Asset Security Platform. Emory has been serving the national community of financial institutions since 1984. He has extensive experience in the development and implementation of financial products and services to meet the various needs of his clients. His established relationships with many of the industry’s most influential leaders assisted in the development of a national broker network. He then became recognized as an industry leader through his inexhaustible efforts introducing new and innovative programs to the financial services industry.

Previously, Emory founded a national credit union insurance agency, growing the business for almost 14 years before joining forces with a premier national insurance group. In addition, he has served as Treasurer for a prominent Los Angeles Credit Union Technology CUSO as well as Co-Founder of the Alliance for the Advancement of Arts and Education, a non-profit foundation dedicated to improving the quality of children’s lives throughout California. Emory graduated from Ithaca College in 1984 with a BS in Business Management.

Sharon Graham

Sales and Client Relations

A native of Northern Ireland, Sharon Graham is MOXKOR’s Vice President of Sales and Client Relations. Early in her career, Sharon was drawn to sales and customer service, and spent her career developing relationships based on authenticity and transparency. Her passion to understand client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs helps her develop solutions and procedures tailored specifically for MOXKOR’s clients. Sharon studied Business Administration at North Down & Ards Institute.

Virginia Konga

Client Relations

Virginia Konga is the Client Relations Manager at MOXKOR. She manages MOXKOR’s ongoing partnerships, and continues to grow and strengthen relationships with a multi-faceted client base. She helps client retention through consistent and thorough account reviews and open communication. Additionally, Virginia provides our clients with dependable process enhancement.

Prior to joining MOXKOR, Virginia’s experiences as an English Professor and Training Coordinator honed her training, education and leadership skills. Virginia has a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Humanities and Literature from the Florida State University Honors program, as well as a Master of Arts in Modern European Studies from Columbia University.

Randi Morris


Randi Morris is MOXKOR’s Project Manager. She identifies efficiency opportunities and implements formal procedures so that MOXKOR can focus on what truly matters: the client. Using her past experiences as a Product Manager, Randi helps drive new MOXKOR programs to success and helps develop new business opportunities. Her aptitude with new applications and data analysis allows MOXKOR to truly know how the business is performing among competitors to ensure MOXKOR’s clients are receiving the best service in the industry.

Randi holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of California, Davis as well as PMP Certifications from California Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Michael Tucker

IT Development

Michael Tucker oversees MOXKOR's IT development. He is a multi-faceted software engineer with development experience in multiple computer languages across several platforms. Michael is an experienced software developer with more than 12 years in the industry. He began his career coding in Perl for Lockheed Martin.

Later, he built web applications for Sony Online Entertainment. Since then, he has developed software for the Disney Internet Media Group (DIMG), Foundation 9 Entertainment, and Six Degrees Studios. Michael received his BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Dawn Schwab

HR Consultant

Dawn Schwab is an inspirational leader with over 12 years’ experience with a blend of Operations and Human Resource expertise. She brings a talent of building teams, inspiring excellence and generating results. She is a relationship driven professional who nurtures and empowers teams to deliver unprecedented results. She has partnered with executive management teams to lend her creative thoughts which enhances a balance of what is good for the business along with what is good for the associate.

Dawn is a graduate of Indiana University with her concentration in Human Resource Management.

Nic Barthelemy

Senior Software Developer

Nic is a Senior Developer on REACKT ©. Nic is bi-lingual in business and technology, bringing creativity, collaboration and technical skills to the team from over 25 years of experience in Software Development, Business Process Engineering and Management. Nic has worked in development teams in large and small businesses ranging from garage start-ups to the Fortune 50.

Nic holds a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.

Dan Milliron

Senior Software Developer

Dan has been developing web applications for over a decade. Before that, his career focus was in the electronic design automation field, at such powerhouses as Intel Corp, Tektronix, and Mentor Graphics. Dan has worked with international companies in Europe, the Pacific Rim, and the Middle East, and holds a dual degree from MIT.

Anthony Richardson


Anthony (Tony) Richardson is Pinpoint’s Vice President of Operations. Since 2010, he has created and managed MOXKOR’s sister skip company, Pinpoint Collateral (PPC), continually growing the division. In addition to managing more than 400 active clients, he oversees MOXKOR’s repossession agents nationwide.

Prior to joining MOXKOR/PPC, Tony was the Recovery Director tor Allied Solutions, LLC where he managed all skip companies, auto auctions, post-insurance claim asset recovery and liquidation, loss ratios, sales commissions and client contracts. He also has extensive experience in the credit and credit union industry. For 16 years he was Risk Management/Collections Manager Boeing Employees Credit Union where he managed a $12 million loan and Visa portfolio, including secured and unsecured loans, repossessions and liquidations, bankruptcy, loan loss recovery collection, titles, legal collections, judgements and replevins, and court cases.

Tony served as a Corporal in the U.S. Army and was past president for several credit associations. He is a graduate of the Western CUNA Management School and received his Business Management degree from Harrison College.
